Our services use a personalised 1:1 format so we can ensure the advice is specific to you. Typically, patients get in touch with an initial enquiry using the form below and we can then suggest what is the best option for you.
Should you start with an initial 1:1 pay as you go appointment you can always upgrade to one of our programmes at no extra cost.
Appointments use Microsoft Teams. Please ensure leading up to any appointments you have any information that may be useful i.e. medications, blood results, medical history, food diaries for 1 week or anything else that you think will be useful.
